Mothering You

Mothering You is designed for mothers in early motherhood who are navigating the intensity, beauty, and emotional complexity of caring for a baby while also trying to stay connected to themselves.

This one is for you, mama.
Not just the version of you holding the baby

Feel supported

Experience an intentionally held intimate group where you are surrounded by 8 other mothers who value presence, emotional attunement, and connection.

Feel grounded

Allow yourself to be held in a space that is deigned to support your nervous system as much as your baby’s.

Feel connected

Be guided by creative and accessible activities that foster connection, presence, and shared experience between mother and baby and mother-to-mother.

Led by Georgia Pitts

Frequently Asked Questions

WHO IS THIS GROUP FOR?

Mothering You is designed for mothers with babies in the early years, 0-1. Pre crawling and early crawling babies are especially suited to the calm and intimate nature of the group.

DO I NEED MUSICAL EXPERIENCE?

Not at all. No singing or musical experience is needed. The focus is on connection, co regulation, and shared experience rather than performance.

We are all innately musical and our bodies (including our babies) are primed to respond to music.

In fact, YOUR VOICE is your superpower. It is your baby's favourite voice. In third trimester, your baby can recognise your voice.

WHY IS THIS OFFERED AS A

4-WEEK COMMITMENT?

Mothering You is intentionally designed as a 4 week therapeutic experience to allow mothers time to settle into the space, build familiarity, and experience the gentle rhythm of the group over time. Consistency supports both calm and connection, helping the experience feel deeper and more grounding than a casual drop in session.

WILL I RECEIVE ANYTHING TO USE AT HOME BETWEEN SESSIONS?

Yes. Mothers will also receive access to simple home based ideas, soothing mantras and playlists that can be gently woven into everyday life with baby between sessions.

"People are people. They laugh, cry, feel, and love, and music seems to be the common denomination that brings us all together. Music cuts through all boundaries and goes right to the soul"
