Meet Georgia

Registered Music Therapist

Hello! I’m Georgia, a Registered Music Therapist (RMT) and founder of Bloom and Flow Music Therapy.

I work with children who find communication, connection, or engagement a little challenging, and support families who are looking for a more natural and affirming way for their child to express themselves.

Through music therapy, I help children find their voice by allowing music to become the joyful medium that ignites their desire to communicate, connect, and play in meaningful ways.

Together, we create a space where your child can truly be themselves and their strengths, interests, and individuality are celebrated.

This is therapy you and your child can genuinely look forward to, where meaningful connection keeps them engaged, and progress unfolds naturally, one shared musical moment at a time.

My Story

My Approach: Connection Before Everything Else

I created Bloom and Flow Music Therapy during a season of swirling change in my own life when I made the intentional decision to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly mattered in my work.

In that space, I began to notice something I couldn’t ignore. So many children were being asked to work on goals before they felt safe or understood.

Many of the children I meet are already navigating big feelings, finding it hard to be themselves, connect with others, or feel at home in environments where they can truly shine.

Through my work, I’ve learnt that when a child feels regulated, accepted, and genuinely connected to their therapist, everything begins to shift.

Bloom and Flow was created to be that space for your child. A space where they can arrive exactly as they are, feel supported, and begin to grow in a way that honours who they are.

My hope is that your child leaves each session feeling lighter and more connected to themselves, and that you feel confident supporting them in ways that feel simple, meaningful, and aligned both in and beyond the therapy room.

Our Values

Connection

Connection is at the heart of everything I do. I believe growth begins when people feel seen, safe and genuinely understood. Connection is not just a pathway to therapy, it is therapy. I meet children and caregivers where they are, inviting them to show up as their full selves. By tuning into individual strengths, interests and needs, I allow connection to lead the way in all of the decisions.

Energy

Energy is what brings warmth, momentum and possibility into my work. I believe growth emerges when sessions feel alive, playful and deeply attuned rather than fixed or mechanical. Through music, we grow and make space for joy and wonder! My work is always evolving and I seek to build fresh energy by continually learning and reflecting together.

Enthusiasm

Enthusiasm is the rhythm beneath my work. I show up with positivity, openness to always learning and the belief in what is possible. I am eager to know each participant and to learn alongside them, adapting my approach with intention and play. This enthusiasm is what sustains me through challenges and allows me to keep showing up with drive.

Let's make music together!
