Summer Songs

A 3-part music therapy journey for women, led by Registered Music Therapist Georgia Renee

This is a space for you to reconnect with your creativity, your voice, and your sense of aliveness — held gently by music, art, and one another. With honest connection and creativity as the pillars for transformation.

“The creative process is a process of surrender, not control.”
― Julia Cameron

Month 1: Seed

DREAM

After the stillness of winter and going inward, it is time to emerge with a renewed sense of home and possibility.

Anchor into a fresh start that is more deeply aligned with you and your dreams

Month 2: Bud

EXPRESS

Through artistic play and connection, we emerge with greater clarity and confidence in who we are and who we want to become. Our inner flame starts to grow stronger and so we harness this energy rising up from within and express it unashamedly

Month 3: Bloom

SHINE

As our artistic and fun-loving inner child is nurtured, we begin to take aligned and creative action towards our goals while we cheer each other on from the sidelines.  We reflect and celebrate our process from seed to bloom!

3 Sacred Nights

We will gather in a closed circle of women to playfully and intentionally explore ourselves through the season of spring combining:

- Singing

- Essential Oils
- Artistic exploration
- Movement & dance
- Women's circle sharing
- Ritual & reflection

🌸 Limited to a small group for intimacy and depth, 10 people
🌸 Once the circle begins, no new participants will join

"But do you know how old I will be by the time I learn to really play the piano / act / paint / write a decent play?"

"Yes . . . the same age you will be if you don't"
