What is involved?

  • 5-week heart-centered singing journey 

  • A closed container with a wide range of human beings

  • Guided vocal warm-ups

  • Relaxation and somatic practices

  • Gentle movement to drop into the body

  • Group singing - of course!

  • Circle- storytelling, heart-led listening, sharing and connection activities to get to know one another and foster greater group cohesion
