Life can be busy, loud, and sometimes a little overwhelming. Many of us are constantly giving to work, family, and responsibilities...but how often do we pause and give something back to ourselves?
That’s where Women’s Circles come in.
A Women’s Circle is a safe, supportive space for women to gather, reflect, and connect. There’s no need to perform or have it all together. Instead, it’s an invitation to slow down, share from the heart, and remember that you’re not alone in whatever season of life you’re moving through.
In circle we:

Why My Women’s Circles Are Different
Every Women’s Circle has its own flavour...mine weave together two of my biggest passions: music and therapy.
As a registered music therapist and musician, I bring music into circle not just for joy and expression, but as a gentle pathway to connection and healing. Singing together, humming, or listening to live music can shift our nervous systems, calm the mind, and open the heart in ways that words sometimes can’t.
Music has a way of deepening the experience; helping us feel more grounded, more connected, and more alive. Combined with the power of circle, it creates a space where women can truly rest, express, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
